About Tokenize Xchange

Tokenize was founded by Hong Qi Yu, who started his career as the lead programmer in a Fintech startup. As a blockchain enthusiast, Qi Yu ventured into Digital Assets trading and subsequently established Tokenize to enable more like-minded enthusiasts in the region to be able to trade in a safe and secure platform.

On 1 April 2020, Tokenize obtained full approval from Securities Commission Malaysia to operate a Digital Asset Exchange (DAX). This is a significant milestone for Tokenize as it positioned us among the few exchanges in the region to be able to offer fiat-to-digital asset pairings. Tokenize aspires to evolve into a Digital Assets Financial Platform that empowers the Next Generation with the vast applications in real world from real estate to daily payment system.

Hong Qi Yu

Qi Yu leads the company and the tech team in developing a robust, secure, and user-friendly platform. He has 6 years of professional IT experience in cybersecurity, system and solution engineering. He was actively participate as pioneer full stack developers at few FinTech start-up. He has years of experience in trading and managing investment portfolio across different asset classes and also fundraising in term of multi-millions for various startup projects.

Nelson Fong Nien Shen

DIRECTOR

Nelson has more than 20 years of corporate finance experience and held senior management position in two public-listed companies. A business leader with the ability to inspire employees and also challenge their continued success and improvement. Credible track record in executing multi-million Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) globally and implementing successful business strategies to improve the performance of companies post-M&A.

LIEW POK BOON (BEN)

EXECUTIVE VP - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Ben is an accountant by training. He started out as an Internal Auditor for a public listed company. Subsequently he joined UCA group from Hong Kong and was responsible for strategic business development and marketing function. He is very active in various NGOs and managed their finance and internal audit function. Ben has extensive business network in China and South East Asia which will benefit the Company.

HANIE ROSLY

VP - HR & OPERATIONS

Hanie has 15 years of experience in Human Resource. Which consist of 5 years of experience in HR shared services including designing, implementing and initiating the centralized work streams for a new HR Shared Services Centre for South East Asia and 5 years of experience as a generalist with an oil and gas company before moving into the railroad industry for 4 years. Hanie is currently attached to Tokenize Technology (M) Sdn Bhd as a HR & Operations Vice President.
